      This lender will handle your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) incorrectly, they will violate the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and will harass you about issues they were responsible for.
      Be very cautious and hesitate.

      I have tried changing my payment date with them literally since Ive had the loan on my car (over 2 years) and one lady said oh sorry we didnt see it so I had a late payment because my payment was a week behind (I get paid bi-weekly and they have my payments set up for the week I dont get paid) I keep getting texts now saying my car had been disabled because my payment is late and Ive even got that message when my payment ISNT late. Theyre irresponsible and unorganized and honestly need to be investigated or something.

      Staff is not transparent, paid above car payment to lower the payment. Still receiving same amount. I called and spoke with customer service, rep advised me to pay only the principal I need to mail a money order no idea what the payoff just have a piece of paper with payment amount and whats left to payoff which is not accurate

      I have been attempting to change my due date for almost 6 months now. These are the rudest "customer service" agents I have ever had to deal with in my life. One person told me I have to request a due date change 3 days prior to my due date which I've done on multiple occasions. I have every single email and phone call documented as well. I called again yesterday and was told I have to make my first 2 payments this month before I can change my due date which doesn't make any sense considering the fact that I only have 2 payments due. These people tell you whatever they want whether it makes sense or not and think it's ok and it's not. I literally dread having to call this company and avoid it as much as I can. They also took away the online portal which is the weirdest and most unprofessional thing ever. I called and asked several of these incompetent people about a portal I can log into so I can see my own loan information and they keep acting like they don't know what I'm talking about and sending me a pay link that doesn't show any of my loan information (balance, payoff amount, payment history, etc.). I am in the process of talking to an attorney, the news stations and their CEO along with switching my loan to a different company. They all need to take some customer service classes or better yet find a profession where they don't have to interact with people. Sidenote: The finance manager ******** is the only person that has ever tried to help me and has been apologetic on behalf of the other ppl I've had to deal with. Oh and they cut my car off in April AFTER I made my payment and *************************** literally accused me of tampering with a device that I don't even know where it's located on my car and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to tamper with it. That was the icing on the cake because to be falsely accused after doing nothing is a slap in the face and downright disrespectful.

      I don't understand how this place is still in business. They are so unprofessional and they're dealings with customers have got to be borderline of breaking the law and predatory laws. I had to threaten them and send them a letter for my lawyer to have them stop harassing me I've made my car payment at the same time every month twice a month and they wanted me to start paying it on a different day even though they sent me two different payment schedules people need to stay away from this place after I get my car paid off I will be doing it personal investigation into them and reporting them to my state attorney's office for predatory lending. Everybody who has been done wrong by this company need to report them to their state attorney's office. They don't need to be in business. They are not worthy of their customers.

      I got a car and this is the finance company that the car lot goes through. I have yet got my title in the mail, and my paper tag is out of date. They refuse to give a new paper tag, and they even stated that they have not got the paperwork for my car. I have called my car lot they say call them and I am not getting anywhere. I travel out of states for work and I have told them this and it is risky that my tag is out. ******* stated to tell the cops when I get pulled over that they have no got my paperwork and that they will understand.

      Run away from this finance office they suck. As you can all the reviews say how the agents are RUDE. They don’t want to help or anything after day 1 your late they will harass you. Had the vehicle for 3 months and the transmission went out. They suck and they agents suck even more. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

      This company does not give out a second paper tag , while awaiting for the title. I know that it can be done because a year ago my dealership gave me a new one. I think that is unfair to their customers. Everyone knows titles have been late but the disrespect of not having a policy in place to protect customers is baffling to me

      The staff is very rude, I asked for corporate phone number they hung me, ******************** and ******** are the only names I can remember. I asked for Administration number and email address they hung up on me. I don't see how this place is still operating with there people being very unprofessional. I have contacted a Lawyer who's willing to help me out. If you are reading this review I would advise you not to do business with this company, spend your money somewhere else.
