Customer Care Global has been texting, emailing, and calling me relentlessly over the past several months. I have never answered their attempted contacts until recently during that time because of my belief that it was yet another scammer. I finally answered one of their calls a few days ago to ask who they were at what they wanted. The representative rudely told me that he was a debt collector and that I have an outstanding loan with an (unaccredited) "company" called WithU loans for $2900. He then abruptly (and rudely) told me he was forwarding me to with a loan rep with WithU loans. I truthfully told him that I have never, and would never, contract a load with WithU loans. I am financially secure and don't need a loan, especially from a no-name "company" like WithU loans! I immediately hung up on him and blocked his number hoping they would leave me alone. But alas, they are already harassing me again from other phone numbers. From what I have read about WithU loans, they have a history of attempting to, or succeeding in, depositing loan money in unsuspecting victim's accounts without their permission or knowledge. I thought this is what might have happened to me considering that one of my credit reports showed that WithU Loans submitted three "Soft Inquiry" credit searchers on me in November, 2024 which is about the time this harassment began. Fortunately, however, my three free credit reports from Equifax, Esperian, and Transunion (dated 7/9/2025) all confirm that I never have had a loan with WithU loans. Still, I want to file a complaint against both WithU Loans and Customer Care Global for the harassment and concern I have been feeling that my identify and information had been stolen. I want them to cease contacting me with their attempt to scam me into a fraudulent loan! I have copies of two of the credit reports that I can forward to the BBB, the FTC, or my lawyer if needed to prove my claim of no loans with WithU Loans.Business Response

This is regarding WithU loans. This is absolutely a predatory and illegal establishment. I took out a $600 loan from them in June 2025 after receiving 2 letters in the mail from them (after having never heard of them before) saying I was pre-approved. I needed the extra money for upcoming expensive dental work and car repairs.
I now see what a trap this is. They want $122.58 EVERY PAYCHECK (twice a month) for several months. They'll be getting paid way more than they should - over $2,000. From what I have discovered with these guys as well as other tribal loans, the rates are absolutely not legal in most US states and I doubt they are licensed to lend in my state. I am from Ohio and I have seen reports of them not even being licensed to lend in other US states. My state also has caps on interest rates.
I also found out they have been in class action lawsuits due to their predatory practices and illegally high and obnoxious rates.
I wish I had known all this before. This is awful. They do not need to be legally allowed to lend online to common people. This should be a deal among THEIR own tribe only on tribal grounds/jurisdiction... NOT anywhere and anyone in the USA.
There needs to be a massive lawsuit against ALL tribal lenders who have given loans to US citizens who are NOT members of any Native American tribes. These should be strictly tribal grounds only on the reservation, not online off tribal grounds.
My resolution? Close my account and consider my debt paid in full and never contact me again. Bonus points to show you're somewhat decent humans? Pay me back the payments I have already made and consider this as if it never happened or existed. I should not have to pay on this full term. This should be deemed an unenforceable, ILLEGAL DEBT.
Shame on them and every other company like them! Scammers.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the deceptive lending practices I have experienced with Withu loans. While I acknowledge my responsibility to repay debts, I expect the terms to be fair, legal, and transparent. Unfortunately, that has not been the case with this loan.
While I was made aware of the high interest rate, I was never informed that nearly all interest would be front-loaded—resulting in monthly payments where up to 95% is applied to interest rather than principal. For example, my most recent payment of $572.45 contributed only a few dollars to the actual balance which in a short amount of time has increased exponentially. This structure was not clearly disclosed during the loan process.
Despite having made consistent efforts—including taking out additional loans—I noticed that the loan balance remained virtually unchanged. After paying over $2,255.32 on $1,800 received, I still owe an insane amount. This is not only financially crippling, but unethical.
Upon further research, I also discovered that it is illegal to issue such loans to residents of Illinois, and that class action lawsuits are currently pending against similar practices. I have contacted the customer service team, but no viable solutions have been offered.
I am currently facing multiple personal hardships, including uncontrolled diabetes, ongoing cancer treatment, and the aftermath of recent home flooding. These circumstances make it increasingly difficult to manage this unjust debt—especially considering that Withu loans has already received all principal borrowed and profited hundreds of dollars from my account.
I am a 67-year-old senior affected by excessive loan interest, which has harmed my financial stability. Predatory lending leaves many seniors unable to afford basic needs. In Illinois, the Predatory Loan Prevention Act (PLPA) exists to protect against such practices.Business Response

This "business" called me, my mother and my sister all within less than 10 minutes of each other with a threatening toned voicemail that it is in my best interest to contact them. The call was from phone number ***** ********. I call the number provided it is a collections agency (877)-595-8835. They stated my information does not match any of the information they received from WithU Loans . I do not recall ever taking a loan out with WithU Loans. This is my first time ever getting a call or any type of communication from this company and they call my family members in a threatening tone? I then spoke with a representative from WithU Loans who also could not match any of my information with the information on file (provided social, phone number, email,). I am filing this complaint to report a serious and ongoing issue with WithU Loans.
I took out a loan with WithU Loans and since then, I have encountered several problems. Most urgently, I formally revoked my ACH authorization in writing, as is my right under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act. Despite this, the company continues to attempt withdrawals from my bank account, which I did not authorize and have clearly prohibited.
I have sent multiple emails to WithU Loans requesting confirmation that my ACH authorization has been revoked and to arrange an alternative payment method. None of my emails have been acknowledged or answered. The lack of response is unprofessional and unacceptable.
In addition to this, I found their initial loan terms to be unclear and misleading. Only after receiving the funds did I fully realize the extremely high cost of repayment and the aggressive schedule attached to the loan.
I am requesting that:
WithU Loans immediately stop all ACH withdrawal attempts.
They confirm in writing that my ACH authorization has been revoked.

I applied for a loan of $1400. After I received a repayment schedule for 12 payments of $315. More than $3600. This interest rate was not something that was previously disclosed to me. Predatory loan company using deceptive advertising to illegally provide unreasonably high interest rate predatory loans. The company is expecting me to pay nearly 10000 for a 1300 loan. I have already payed them over 3000 and they have applied around 212 to the principal of the loan. The advertisement was deceptive, showing around 30% interest rate, and then changing to around 500% interest after the loan is approved. The dept is crippling to my family. The loan didn’t disclose the interest rate. In the state of Michigan there’s a 25% maximum cap on any interest to be collected.
