    04/21/2024 I lost my keys but I knew where they were but wouldnt have access to them until 04/22/2024. I called AAA to get someone out to get me another key so that I could get to work. I was issued Lock Pro Inc, they came out and the tech was nice. He reprogrammed a new key. I was told that I didnt remove your old key, so if you find it youll be able to use it. I was like great because I knew Id be able to get my old keys. Whenever I received my old keys I realized they didnt work and reached out to the number again. The owner called me and immediately accused me of lying about losing my keys to get a replacement key. I was confused and honestly shocked that an OWNER would be speaking to anyone like this. I explained what happened and he immediately stated that wasnt true because all employees tell you this information. I explained that he didnt explain that to me and thats what I was told. All of sudden the owner is claiming to have heard him tell me this. The tech was NOT on the phone and didnt have an AirPod or anything. I asked if he had the call log or anything as I have a ring camera. He told me that theres no way I have proof of him not telling me that. I told him Id be reporting him to the BBB and he informed me that he was not registered. The owner continued to yell and cut me off several times and was overall an innately repulsive individual.Overall terrible experience with mainly the owner. The tech miscommunicated and instead of making it right, I was berated and gaslit by the owner. 100% do not recommend.
