    I spoke with a **** (manager after *****) that is located in *************, on behalf of the Woodlands emergency physicians. **** danced around his company's information and tried to give me a PO box in attempt to not locate R1.**** made all sorts of claims about sending out letters to collect a debt for the Woodlands Emergency Physicians, but none were received or mailed via certified mail. **** claims his company does not do business with this company any longer but has all of my medical information on file.Due to this companies' negligence, I have an account with a collection agency whom I have no contracts with harassing me. A hipaa investigation will be filed following this.The collection agency on my credit is also completely different than what **** gave me as well.
