      We purchased a NON-prorated 25 year warranty mattress in Nov. 2023, in Jan. 2024, the mattress failed. We contacted the warranty ***** and they approved the warranty to replace the mattress. Warranty said to choose a mattress of equal or greater value for the amount we paid for the mattress. We advised the store to just replace the mattress with what we have now thinking it would be an even exchange. The mattress we purchased had gone up in price. We had to pay the difference to get a new mattress, granted it was their mattress that failed. We also had to purchase a new ****** membership to even get the sale price on the new non-prorated warranty mattress. The mattress should have been replaced with no additional cost and we should not have had to pay an additional membership just to warranty our 1 year old mattress. We did not ask for their mattress to fail. I buy all my furniture from them, this is my last purchase from Mathis. In the end, we had to pay an additional ****** after 1 year.

      This purchase has been nothing short of an absolute disaster. First after asking the sales *** if he had everything on my ticket before purchase and him assuring me he did I find out day of delivery that my dresser isnt on the ticket. Then after that getting the dresser purchased wasnt easy I financed my whole purchase and they refused to do it over the phone even though this was their mess up. Finally get that done and take the day off work to be home for my dresser delivery since they cant tell you what time until the day before and they show up and the dresser is damaged on the back leg because they like to scoot $1200 furniture on the floors and in the truck. Drivers tried making me feel guilty for not accepting it and then no one has even attempted to make any of this right. Doesnt matter they got their money from me and now I have to take another day off to be home for the next delivery that at this point I have no hope for. If I hadnt got rid of my old furniture I would be ready to just say ***** it and return everything. I dont know why I keep giving this place more chances when I obviously am just a number to them.

      A 4 year old high end mattress (Lady America Sierra ), has gone from a firm mattress to a sink hole.
      Sagging in the mattress is about 12 inches, in sleeping position. Their excuse is "wear & Tear", after
      4 years into 25 years warrantee.
      unbelievable response to a 15 year customer.

      Great furniture with lousy service!!!! Ordered 3 times and evertime they messed out order up.First of all, we purchase a bed in their clearance department and bought couch also. The next day, I took time off work, from out of town, to pick it up the next day. I rented a U-Haul and when I got there, they said that they don't pull merchandise from the warehouse on Wednesdays. I missed a whole day of work for nothing because they failed to tell me that on Tuesday and they actually told my wife it was ok to pick it up the next day (which was Wednesday).They said they was sorry and they offered free delivery. We accepted!! They brought the wrong bed that had marker stain across the board and you can tell it was laying in grass because it had grass on it and sold my bed to someone else that I paid cash for. They did nothing to fix the problem and when we called to the store, floor manager *********************** hung up on my wife and refused to answer her call.We came back to the store a couple weeks later and purchased a bedroom set. We ordered 2 sets of mattress spring boxes exactly how they had it on the floor so the bed can be high. I asked for it to be delivered on Tuesday and they assured me and my paperwork said it. Then they had me written down for Saturday. This the stuff I'm talking about. Luckily we found out and they corrected it.Delivery day....They gave us the wrong ones. We wanted the low profile one like we seen. We agree to keep one set so they can exchange it on a another delivery. We spoke to customer service and they assured a call back. We never got called back.I waited two weeks and called again. They assured us again.I finally went to the store and asked to speak to the manager and told the lady I didn't want ************ because I won't be nice. She said she's new and don't know who that is. I told her that if it's the guy walking my way, it's best you get someone else.************ became my queen because I made it clear to him I didn't want to speak to him

      They did not explain anything to us about our warranty or return policy. Tried returning next day and being told over and over about a policy we were not told about. We are stuck after $3000 of hard earned money with a product unusable!
