    I was referred to contact HH Mechanical for an air condition system for my rental property next door. HH referred me to buy the equipment from ********* ********** of ***. He made the actual order for the equipment and I called in and paid ********* ********** $3,969.34 for the equipment on 9-7-2021. He said I would owe him, ****, with HH Mechanical, $2000.00 for the installation of the equipment. So I paid him $2000.00 on 9-11-2021. Fall was fast approaching, not much time to use the ** until this summer. We determined that the ** was not functioning properly and thinking back even the heating was somewhat off. We asked him to come and check the ** in the spring. After several requests, he finally came by and looked at the compressor and the thermostat. He said there was too much gas in the compressor unit and supposedly made some adjustments. This did not solve the problem, the house was still not cooling properly. He said he was going to *********** and would be back in a few days and wanted my tenants to notify him if the issue was not solved. She notified him by text as requested. I notified him a number of times and we both sent him photos of the problem, discovered by another ** co. I pd. $256.50. Said just getting back into the state from a trip. We ask for "his assistant" to come and check the eqptmt, but no one came. We both continued to call and text him and sent photos over and over again with no response for many weeks. He later told us he and his brother had been in a bad automobile accident and that he was in the hospital with a foot injury and that his brother had passed away. We offered our condolences and waited about two or more weeks for recovery and to grieve his brother. Again we ask him to send someone to fix the problem, but no one came. About 10 days ago I called and he answered the phone, was in Tx I asked him to come he said he would be here Tuesday, 8-16-22. Did not show. He will not respond, PLS HELP. f
