      180 LIED to ** about the product my husband needed and/or could use and said insurance would not cover the ostomy bag we had been using for 2-3 months. My husband bought the lie. I then took the phone and spoke with the representative and she emphatically stated that her company had an identical product. LIES. The cut to fit opening was a slightly too big, it was not see through on back, and it had a narrow neck despite my specific question on the neck size. The neck is more difficult to open and close as well as too narrow compared to our current product. Not only that but product came with the velco closing covered and I thought it needed a clamp as it would NOT close and the representative could not give ** a description accurate enough to discover the problem. I thought I would destroy the bag if I lifted the fabic that hid it. The manufacturer contacted ** and agreed with me. It is similar but NOT what my husband needed. I have lost 2 nights sleep changing bedding, cleaning bed frame, cleaning bedroom floor, wheelchair, bathroom floor, clothing, shower stall, husband, and then me. I am my mother's caregiver as well and she is in the hospital. I couldn't go be with her today from lack of sleep two days of last three days because 180 LIED. The product IS covered. 180 just does not have a contract with our insurance and/or ******** (We have both with private insurance as primary.) OR, both representatives I talked with on two different days do NOT know what they are doing. Now I have a product my husband cannot use and my insurance won't cover the additional I need for the correct product from another manufacturer. I will have to pay out of pocket through the web as there are NO stores to buy ostomy supplies in my area and must be ordered. A plastic shopping bag and medical tape would have stuck better with less mess and no cost. Already did that once when he first came home and hospital gave ** only one day's worth of supplies. Just not good for the skin.

      Just as in the reviews below, the customer service is horrendous. They keep on sending supplies that I DID NOT order and refuse to accept a return. I have been attempting to work with them for two months to get the order right and it still hasn't happened. I am going to report them to ******** for fraudulent billing and to the Better Business Bureau. Completely incompetent. I am going to contact my provider and request the they send the script to another provider. It is a shame to have to start over, but they obviously can't support the request and they are rude in the process.

      I'm getting screwed by 180medical. They keep sending *********** I did not order and not the supplies I did order. I'm reporting them to ******** and filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

      WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get medical supplies from them since January after my insurance changed and they still have not gotten ***********. Turns out if I had just not told them the insurance had changed I could have gotten at least a months supply and then told them about the change. Instead, she stopped my services that day when I was almost out and sent me not even 30 catheters to use until it was sorted. This was 2 months ago. I have been having friends who are disabled send me Caths because I dont have ANY! I have called now several times and they have hung up every time the line has picked up. This is the 4th call and I am done. I wont be using their services and now have to find a new provider. They do not show that they care or make me, the client a priority. Pick a better provider that cares about you.

      Customer service is horrible. Every time I call I get put on hold. After 15-20 minutes. the phone just hangs up. My daughter needs her cath and ostomy supplies to live. Why is it so difficult to answer the phone? I have been having to pay out of pocket for months now and cant get a response from the company. I would not recommend this company unless you dont need these supplies to live. They never ship on time and you cant talk to a person

      I have used 180 Medical for a long time. The only negative thing I have to say is that there are too many times when 180 Medical tells me I have too much supplies on hand. They need to change their ordering system and let customers choose every how many days they want to receive their new orders. By doing that the problem of having too much supplies on hand will go away completely for all customers.

      After receiving home care for over a month from our local home healthcare company, and receiving all the proper supplies as needed, we received a phone call from 180, intimating that they were all set to supply us with care. Huh? Kinda late! Today we received mail from them which included a Medical Client Service Agreement to sign and return, lol. This is almost to the point of being an illegal scam. There should be a minus star available.

      180 Medical recently changed my catheter order from a product I was very satisfied with to an inferior catheter manufactured by their parent company, Convatec. Before going on Medicare, I purchased catheters at my own expense. 180 Medical bills Medicare more than 4 times what I paid. Unsatisfied by obscene profits generated from Medicare, now they are increasing their profit margin further by pushing their parent's products. I am done with 180 Medical!
