    Marquis Lab is where many free COVID tests were sent for processing. Honestly I never gave any thought to where those quick side of the road tests went. I think it is easy for people to forget getting tests during that period of time especially when a negative test result came back. In my case, they have been trying to get United Healthcare to pay for my test since 9/30/2021. This is the same time UHC made a bid deal about not accepting any money from the CARES Act and promised to accelerate payments to providers with an initial tranche of nearly $2 billion. (***************************************************************).So they screwed over this company instead. I really wonder how many labs have had the same experience.

    This company is committing insurance fraud. It be never even heard of them yet they charged my insurance $890.76, of which $100.00 was paid. I have contacted my insurance company and they are beginning a fraud audit. Based on what Ive read about this company online Id say someone is going to jail.

    Tried to scam my insurance company in July for a Covid test I did not take in ******** Absolutely NOT ok and this place needs to be shut down.

    FRAUD Company: Marquis Labs LLC charged my insurance for a COVID test that we did not do. It is pure "phantom billing" - just a way to scam insurance companies. After speaking with my insurance company, Marquis Labs states that my husband was in OK getting a COVID test when I know for a fact we were sitting and watching TV all that day in IL. $890.76 charged for the COVID test that was never taken. So Marquis Labs received $664 from my insurance company. I would be interested to know where they managed to get all the privacy act information from my insurance card. I have contacted my insurance company to inform them of this fraud. I hope that they stop paying all bills from Marquis Labs LLC.

    This company is a fraud. They billed my insurance for a test that was never done. I live in **** and they claimed I was tested in *********** for COVid. Never happened. I called my insurance and they are taking care of it but beware all insurance companies. They are a fraud.

    **************If you are looking for a place to work, turn around & get back in your car and go home. I have done medical billing since **** and I have never worked for a more fraudulent, hateful, & above all so prejudice that it sickened me to walk into work every morning. The manager there is such an awful person and cares about nobody but herself. She tells so many lies that she cant even keep up with them. The last day I worked there and walked out was the day I quit working for Satan herself. Employees were treated so badly, especially if you are not a white person. So many promises were made and not one of them kept. I seen several employees leaving theyre in tears because they were treated so badly. I actually felt like I sold a part of my soul to the devil by accepting to work there. I gave them four months and it felt like four years. Im **************************************************** ulcers. I could not work there another single day. Since I have been gone they lost several more employees and I dont see them getting anymore anytime soon. Dont just take my word for it read other reviews and also I noticed that they are under investigation. This is not meant to be a hateful review, it is just the truth and I do not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. They took advantage of my self worth, my big heart, and my expertise and crapped all over it. When I say Prejudice, that is exactly what I mean with several people to back my words. I only hope and pray that this gets through to whoever needs to hear it.

    This person is not a customer but was an employee. As the Director of **************** I was not notified by this person of any issues she may have been experiencing. My role in this company is to help employees with any and all concerns they may have and do my best to work with them and find a resolution. However, I can't help if I am not made aware.

    This is fraud. I have never used Marquis Labs. However, Marquis Labs filed a recent claim for over $800 to my husband's former employer's insurance provider for lab work for services never provided to me.

    This is not a customer, she is a former employee. I am the Director of *************** and my role at this company is to assist employees with concerns or issues they may have and try to come up with resolutions. I did not hear anything from this employee to try and help with what she was experiencing.
