    We sent a message to the customer that their OMMA application would be submitted on 1/24/25 (see attachement). The application was submitted to **** yesterday as we stated in our email to customer (see attachment) .  We will instruct our doctor to contact **** and have his medical marijuana application TERMINATED and issue a full refund. Thanks.

    I made an appointment and paid $215 yesterday for a 9am appointment today. I got an email that said my order was received and being processed but never got an email with instructions for the virtual visit. I have left at least 6 voicemail, sent email and text messages and I get no reply at all until I got the attached email. There is no way to actually reach a person. I paid on 9/26 for a 9am appointm,ent on 9/27. They emailed me on the 26th and say they got my order on the 27th and my visit is on the 28th. This is sketchy as it gets,. Why would I pay 2 days ahead of time for an appointment on a day that I can't attend?I want an appointment TODAY or a refund NOW. I don't want to wait on a check or wait 7 business days for it to go back on my card. This is wrong. I don't appreciate being hoodwinked then condescended to.

    When you order on our website, THE CUSTOMER SELECTS THE *************. Attached is her order. As you can see she booked her appointment for the 28th which is tomorrow. She is complaining about a date SHE SELECTED and thought it was for today. We deal with many people with mental health issues. All she had to do was request a refund. I instead she continuously complained about the color of our order form.  We will issue a refund immediately.
