    I went to Belle Medical on April 21 for a pre surgery appointment for a procedure scheduled for May 7. At my first appointment I was seen by the patient coordinator. On the visit on April 21, I was seen by the dr. that would perform the procedure. The dr recommended more than what the coordinator did. The next day the coordinator texted me the cost and it was $4000 more than what I was originally quoted. I couldn't afford that. The coordinator asked if I wanted to cancel and I said yes. She told me she would keep $690 because the cancellation was not within the 2-week time. I responded back that I was within the two-week time from April 22, the date of the consult with the dr. The procedure was not scheduled until May 7. 2 weeks from April 22 is May 6. I have not received all of my money, and they are refusing to respond to me.
