      I set up an appointment for a ride from Earlsboro to OU urology for kidney stone removal. Followed all the rules including 3 + days of notice. Day of appointment at arrival time nothing called two times last call was told the appointment had been cancelled after talking to driver ****. Word of advice don't ever rely on Sooner Ride if you don't have a vehicle and have a important surgery. This business needs to go out of business get someone in there who will do their job.

      My brother has a brain injury. Left with no ride home. Picked up from the nursing home late for an appointment. My husband injured himself trying to put my brother in the car to take him back to the nursing home. He has several upcoming appointments with sooner ride being his means of transportation. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done!
