    We used this company one time and will never do so again. They serviced our equipment, didn't provide an estimate, didn't get approval before servicing, and then price gouged us after "servicing" one piece of equipment. The equipment wasn't even fixed. We received a bill, which I disputed. The employee I talked to said they terminated two employee's due to issues such as this. I explained what had happened, his discounted only 10%, and acted irritated about it. Never sent me an updated invoice, so I paid the invoice, minus 10% in full. The company depoisted it, and still continued to send me Past Due Invoices. When I reached out again, I told that employee what had happened, and even shared the emails. They told me they would clear the account. They did not. I have STILL been receiving Past Due invoices, MONTHS after them depositing our check. I emailed them again, with an image of the cashed check and the previous emails, including the one where the employee stated the account would be cleared months prior. The employee replied they would send it in again and clear the account. So, they charged us a ridiulcous amount of labor for 30 minutes (almost $900 to be exact), charged us the travel time which we had no clue about, wouldn't supply us with a detailed invoice showing the "Misc Charges" and didn't even fix the equipment. They cashed our check months ago and still send Past Due Invoices. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
