    I could give less than 1 star i would. I was charged over 100 dollars more for seevices that I never consented to. They charged me 435 dollars to install a 40 dollar part. You would be better off paying a crackhead off the street than to go to them NEVER GO HERE!!!

    I got phenomenal service from Milex Complete ********* in OKC! I had my water pump crater out on me and chose to have it repaired there, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel like they knew me already.The technicians were knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my water pump and explained the repair process to me in a way that I didn't feel stupid. Not only was the repair top-notch, but the customer service was just WOW. They were super friendly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work done on my car, and they even followed up with me afterward to check if everything was still running smoothly.I recommend Milex Complete ********* to anyone in need of car or pick-up repairs the *************. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction really set them apart. Five stars all around!AND they fix Transmissions, btw.

    A very dishonest company. Had my car for two months and each. Time I spoke with them it was a new excuse of the delay to fix my car. Finally they request a deposit before starting after 7 weeks. In the end the manger ***** got mad and told me to come and get my car the company was not going to work on it. Donot trust people which cannot stand on their word. The corporate number never return my call. Two months of a running around is not a company to receive your money. I would not give them a rating more than zero in all categories.

    ****** your review is non-factual unfortunately. I hate that you had a bad experience with us for any reason. You arrived at our facility on 3-19 at 11:19 AM after we had a congenial recorded conversation on the phone where you explained to us tha the dealer had recommended that you get a timing chain repair done on 3-18. We called and left you a message to return our call on 3-19 at 12:56 PM for updates.We called again and left you a message to return our call on 3-26 at 8:39 AM for updates We called you again on 4-1 at 3:38 PM and were able to have a recorded conversation with you explaining that we advised you to be cautious about repairing this vehicle at all, given the potential costs, and explained to you that there was a very real chance the timing chain repair would prove ineffective after we diagnosed your vehicle. Our concern was that your engine might have damage and not just the timing chain. We spoke about the value of your vehicle and how that engine repair would exceed it. We agreed that the option to simply try a timing chain repair could be effective but the result was not guarantee-able and a deposit would be required to begin the job. You let us know you wanted to consider your options and would call us back.We called you on 4-15 to try to get an update on your decision. You got upset with us and stated that you had already authorized the work. We reiterated that we needed a deposit to begin the work. You wanted us to double-check our policy regarding our deposit threshold which we were happy to accommodate. We called again and left you a message to return our call on 4-16 at 11:05 AM for updates.You called us back on 4-16 at 11:08 AM upset about needing a deposit and expressing you were having a bad experience. We patiently explained again that we were only waiting on the previously mentioned deposit to begin work on your vehicle.We did not hear from you again until 4-26 after we reached out to check on your timeline for bringing in a deposit so we could begin work on your vehicle. You expressed anger and disappointment about needing a deposit for us to begin work and we reiterated our corporate policy which is Any time the potential cost of repairs has the chance to exceed the value of the vehicle a deposit will be required to begin work on the vehicle.You rang us again on 4-30 still upset and angry that we had not begun work on your vehicle. At that point we explained to you that if you were uncomfortable putting a deposit down for work to begin then you should retrieve your vehicle and find a shop you might be more comfortable doing business with.In multiple efforts to resolve the conflict,We waived all associated storage fees We waived your diagnostic fees completely We gently tried to caution you about reinvesting in your vehicle in the first place given the cost of repairs vs. the monetary value of the vehicle We tried to help you understand we cared about your concerns throughout the entire process. Even today, if there is anything within reason we can do to help you have a better experience, we are happy to. All of our calls are recorded for quality and training purposes and every concern you brought to us was addressed as a team.Best of luck to you, *******
