    2 Fellas Moving Company overcharged for the our move request on 06/28/2024 services of 1.0 hour used of 2 crew members where we paid a CASH Tip to each crew member onsite the day of our move. The company charged extra fees not previously disclosed including a Tip of $67.50 to our credit card account. We called 2 ******************** on 07/03/2024 at 01:45 PM and spoke with ******. She agreed the TIP was put on the final invoice B/L ***** in error and agreed to refund the tip by issuing a credit of $67.50 to our credit card account. She told us it would take at least 2 weeks to issue the credit and it will appear on our credit card account within the next 2 billing cycles. This did not happen and we have not receive any credit as agreed and confirmed. We notified 2 Fellas again this time via email on 09/16/2024 requesting the credit be issued to our credit card account. We received no response from 2 Fellas and the credit card company was not able to discharge the amount because it is past 60 days. We are filing this complaint with BBB because overall 2 Fellas is not acting in good faith and is fraudulently overcharging customers and not issuing credits due as agreed upon.     I just read the complaint this morning. I pulled the customers information and did find the tip for $67.50. ****** no longer works here, so I have no idea why this was never

    taken care of. I'm the owner and I will have this resolved today. We may need to reach out to make sure we have what we need to refund this. If you have any questions
