    BUYER BEWARE! My wife and I are looking to order a 2025 Corvette 3LT convertible. We are looking for a dealership to order from that will treat us fairly and with whom we can feel comfortable. On May 1, 2025, at around 12:30 pm EST, I received a call from ******. She was short-tempered and condescending. Furthermore, she intentionally disconnected the call. I called back and spoke with ****. He was gracious and apologized for ******** behavior. He further stated that he would inform ******** manager of her actions. After talking further with ****, I agreed to speak with the representative who orders vehicles. After a pleasant conversation with him, I told him that I would call back with our decision. Over the weekend, my wife and I narrowed our scope to three dealerships, one of which was David Stanley. Unfortunately, ****** called again. I asked if she was the same ****** who called the last time, and, of course, she denied it. I explained that I decided not to buy a car from this dealership because of her. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she placed me on eternal and everlasting Hold.I only decided to give David Stanley a try because of a previous customer whom I served with at Ft. Sill. Regrettably, ******** slip-shod, Persian-bizarre, callous and apathetic manner makes it easy not to spend my well-over $100K at David Stanley. Please direct her not to call my phone ever again! Furthermore, when asked by other active, reserve, retired, and veteran military officers, warrant officers, and enlisted members, I will have no alternative except to tell them about MY experience with **** Stanley Chevrolet and ******, as well as **** and Jasmine.NOTE: I wish I could have give two stars is because of ****, the New Car Manager, and *******, the receptionist

    Ya I came up here and they couldn't do the deal!!! I made sure everything was a go before coming up here then to be told it can't be done is ridiculous!!! Someone needs fired over trying to just get me in here to find out y'all couldn't do it!!! I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD and now I have do uber my ass back home!!! I will make my complaints to everyone I can think of. The BBB first!!! You just don't do that to someone. Bad for business!!!!

    Purchased a vehicle and financed with them to receive tag assistance on my vehicle. It has now been 65 days as of dec 23, 2024 and am currently waiting with a member of finance to see what would be my next step to receive my check. This will be the third time attempting to collect my check as the first and second times have been unsuccessful. I was told for the second time I tried to get this check that I could come pick it up directly from the dealership but after calling in to do so, I was told it was mailed already. Now here I am, two weeks later trying to see what would be the next step and if they will be covering the late fees for my tags since the reason we were convinced to buy the car is that we were assured we would receive a check to help cover the costs of registering our newly purchased vehicle. I will definitely be taking this up as high as I can with every outlet possible including the BBB. Thank goodness Oklahoma changed the given days to register your vehicle to 60 days because the penalty would be at a ridiculous amount by now. No customer should have to wait anywhere this amount of time, its absurd to even think about when purchasing a new vehicle.

    Thank you for your message. According to our records, the dealership did not agree to pay any money for TT&L on this deal. This is confirmed by the "TT&L Acknowledgement" signed by the customer which states $0.00 is being paid toward TT&L, the "We Owe" showing no TT&L owed, and the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" stating "N/A" on the TT&L line. The title paperwork was mailed to the customer on December 6, 2024, and **** tracking shows the customer picked it up from the post office on December 10, 2024. The customer has everything in his possession to register the vehicle.

    The absolute worst mistake we ever made was going here. We get this car in March 2023. Guess what they sold a lemon ?? transmission is slipping bad and going out. My friend was the car salesman ******* absolutely screwed us over. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVER CHARGED, TREATED HORRIBLY, AND ROBBED. NOW I'M STUCK WITH THIS ***.

    If I could make this complaint with 0 stars I would! The vehicle purchase experience I had at the dealership off i240 in January 2022 was terrible practice of morals. I believe I was misled by the sales representative, which has resulted in ongoing financial and personal distress.From the start, I made it clear that I was not interested in the vehicles that were being shown to me. However, I was repeatedly steered toward options that I was not interested in. The salesperson assured me that I did not meet the requirements for the vehicle I actually wanted, and instead convinced me to purchase a vehicle I was not fully satisfied with.Additionally, I was told by the salesman that within 8 months, my credit score would improve and I would be able to easily trade in the vehicle for another. At the time, I was unfamiliar with how trade-ins work, and now I understand that it is a much more complicated process than what was presented to me. My credit score has not improved, and my loan balance has hardly decreased despite my consistent payments.I feel that I was manipulated into making a purchase under false pretenses, and the information provided to me was misleading and inaccurate. I believe your dealership prioritized making a sale over providing me with honest and transparent information about my options!!!!!Now I am stuck with outrageous payments on a vehicle I didn't want from the start. I feel stuck in this situation and if it would not hurt my credit I would let the vehicle go back today!

    Ive heard some bad things about David Stanley which is why I wanted to tell about my great experience. It wasnt bad at all for us. **** and *** made it easy for our family.

    Dont get me wrong I love my car but I wanted to by warranty and the said one price before that I was happy with but after saying I wanted warranty the quoted another with I fine with because I thought I was getting the warranty.. they now have came back and said I cant get warranty.. but still charging me the higher price.. yes this is my first and last car I buy from this **** place so many lies from the beginning.. so in happy with them not the car.. find another car dealership..
