    On 4/29/2025 my father passed away. Lifeshare reached out to my sister to obtain permission for organ donation. During that call, Lifeshare spoke with someone who was not me to complete the authorization for organ donation, making it null and void. I was not notified until after Lifeshare took control of my father’s body.

    LifeShare of Oklahoma is the organization in the state responsible for facilitating organ and tissue donation to help save and enhance lives across the nation. Since LifeShare complies with HIPAA regulations, we can not disclose any information about specific donors.  As always, LifeShare is committed to serving our donors and their families with the utmost respect and dignity. LifeShare has conducted a thorough investigation into this matter, which has concluded that all  policies and procedures were followed in this case. It has been determine family dynamics have played a role in this matter and they need to be resolved amongst the
    family.
