    I have ordered multiple items online and the delivery service that was used for the items was **** I have had nothing but issues trying to locate my package when it comes to the driver. Not once, Not twice, but three times I have had him report the package undeliverable without even trying to deliver it.My previous package I had my roommates track the guy down and run to him before he pulled off, He literally sat in front of out apartment building (in the *** truck) and did not even bother to get out and try to deliver it. My roommates luckily flagged him down before he drove off but this is unacceptable given you guys were paid to complete a service. I had called the 1800 *** about the last issue regarding my deliveries and was told that a manager would get back to me Monday, which was yesterday and that never was the case. Fast forward to Tuesday Feb 20th, I have a package I am supposed to receive today as well. Well long behold NO NOTE, NO KNOCK OR ALERT, and as suspected "We were unable to deliver your package" on the website tracking,I want to file a formal complaint on the driver as well as the management of this location because this situation is ridiculous. The lack of assistance you guys have provided is baffling and I urge customers to cease all business relations with you guys for being so unprofessional. I must end this by stating, In the future when I purchase something I will be sure to check if *** is the deliverer. If this is the case I will cancel the order or ask the manufacture to send it through a different carrier to avoid the trouble *** creates/created in this situation. I find it pathetic that you guys were actually paid for a service and the outcome is me having to file a BBB complaint to get help.Not only am I requesting my package be delivered TO MY DOOR like it was supposed to in the first place, I am asking for a refund on the shipping charges paid since those paid services were obviously to much to ask or expect from ****

    *************** to the memo I received in the mail on a complaint.  The complaint is targeting ********** Services - ************************** We are THE UPS STORE # ****.  We do not have anything to do with *** drivers or delivery routes.  I reached out to the customer to help him better understand the difference between the two companies, and unfortunately he decided the complaint stays active. He did not understand my store is not the *** hub, where drivers are dispatched.  This individual has never done business in my store. I am a local franchise owner-  I take pride in my customer service to all my customers that visit my store.  Please help me keep my outstanding reputation with the BBB! Thank you for all the support the BBB gives customers and business owners.
