    Worst place ever!! They had 2 weeks to get prior authorization for my procedure and failed to do so. Going on the third week and had to reschedule my procedure twice now. I confirmed with my insurance that no request for authorization was ever submitted. My insurance even called the pre-cert ***** while I was on the line, and that **** confirmed that they never received a request either. They actually confirmed that they just received the request about 15 min prior (this was about the same time I asked to speak with a manager at the pain clinic). Asked to speak to the manager of the pain center numerous times and they kept saying they dont have one and shes out office. Yet 5 hours later, I get a call from a manager!! Weird huh? I asked her (******) if she had any documentation showing where they sent the request and she couldnt answer that. She kept talking over me after she would ask me a question. The staff was rude and disrespectful. They have no concern for the patient and try and then make excuses for their mistakes. And they released me as a patient without written notice or any other valid reason, by law. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

    I would not recommend going to this place they dont help or listen to what you have to say they keep making excuses to help you and they post ponying surgery you tell them your in pain and they dont care worst place Ive ever been
