    On June 23, 2023 Patio Enclosure by ********************** installed a screen room on my back patio. I financed the project with a total cost of around $15,000, I was not at home the day of installation but the next morning (as I returned home from work the night before in the dark), I noticed that several screens had holes/tears in them. I also found my outside light, which I was told would not be moved, hanging by exposed wires. I took pictures of the damaged screens and light and sent them to the company representative that had been corresponding with me regarding the installation process. I was told after multiple calls over the following months that they were backed up and would get back to me in 2 weeks. I never received any correspondence for follow-up. In the following months, *** attempted to reach someone who could help me to no avail. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I did receive one email stating that someone would follow-up within the month. There was no response. I am now 8 months past installation, paying thousands of dollars, and have exposed wires and holes in my screens. I dont know where to turn. I have tried multiple phone numbers and email addresses.

    Since the original complaint, I have chatted on the website with a company representative, left voicemail on the service request line, and emailed the manager if a local branch.  To date, I have received no response.
