Date of this is 2022 wages for Alpha flowback Corp We went live with payroll in ******************************************************************************************************************************* location as we have started this company we had experience handling payroll with our type of company. The process similar to an other company was to load a file in to their system and have it use the state location listed because we had that based on the job location. We did what was instructed and began payroll only working in ******** for the majority of the time. We then moved into ** and to ND where I started getting complaints about the taxes coming out of ******** but user were in ND. I called them and began to ask them how to fix it and there was not a resolution and had to complain and as to speak to managers where I had multiples meetings. The did finally come up with a process to post the file correctly but the taxes needed to be adjusted. So I instructed them to fix them. They have been insisting it was not something that was done in implementation and it was the issue of ************** and I repeated ask them why I was passing a file with a state location. My system is the only way we can track where our employees were. I have currently left to an other provider due to this issue and they have yet to fix the taxes with out our company paying and as they shut off the system I cant access 2023 paystubs any longer that we are required to keep for 3 years. This has also caused a lot of issues with Workers comp in the states and with the carrier as the state information is wrong so I am putting people in based on them actually being there incase the get hurt the ** taxes are causing issues on audits on them which we are being asked to double pay for insurance on user because ******************** is wrong. We want the taxing issues resolved and our paystubs.Business Response

I paid $2605.58 for an implementation charge on 10/21/2022 to Paycom. As we began the implementation meetings there were many red flags. One, in particular, was the itemized billing. They refused to provide a list of costs for COBRA, ACA, benefits file transfers, and anything not in the Amazon bundle price sheet. It appeared they charged for everything, but didn't want to disclose those fees. I have repeatedly called *************************, and then recently *********************** who fail to try to help, so she passed me on to ***********************. Their story changed after they received the money. File feeds were no additional cost but after the payment, file feeds were going to be an additional charge. These people are thugs who have lied in the form of bait and switch. I want my $2605.58 reimbursed because it is their foul business behavior that I couldn't complete the process. I have emails where I am asking them for the pricing to no avail.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof that Paycom refused to provide the itemized pricing for the additional services that they were adding to my account. I have included an email where I requested the pricing, where I canceled the meeting because I still have not received the pricing, where I asked specifically about the ***** add-on pricing, and where I requested cancelation of the entire process and requested the refund.
During this time ******************* continued to lie about talking with ************************* and others about getting me the requested information. **** was very aggressive and rude; each time he spoke to me he would behave as if he wasn't aware of the situation. I also have text messages with **** concerning this matter.
I spoke to ************************* about ****'s behavior to no avail. ****** committed to getting answers concerning the pricing in a phone conversation. He never called me back; he wouldn't answer my texts or my emails. I involved my temp BC; she connected me to *********************** who did nothing. I had to email her four times before she passed me on to ************************
This clown, ***********************, called to say nothing! He said he wanted my side of the story because he had already heard from his team. I told him what I am telling you, then I asked him if he could see his team's emails where they ever provided me with the information that I requested. He couldn't answer the question because his team never responded. So Paycom has hidden fees and now they want to keep the money of a small business owner. Is this how they are making money by stealing?
Challenge Paycom and request their responses to my email. They will NOT have those responses because they never replied. I want Paycom to do the right and ethical thing, which is to refund my entire implementation fee.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: it is a lie, Paycom did not attempt to work with me. There are no emails or any proof from them to show that they responded to any of my requests. It is a sad company that is willing to take money when they make no attempt to work with their client.
My hope is that others will see the issues that I went through with Paycom where I clearly know and proved that Paycom lied. Paycom is satisfied with keeping my money and that is who they are.
Amazon should do a better job of choosing vendors for small business owners to work with.
Sincerely,

I completed a sales pitch with *************************** and his manager on June 2023 for the Paycom. The website and payroll system looked good. I was super excited to use them as a payroll system for my company. The pitch of "pay today and we can get you in compliance with the state taxes for this quarter and have your payroll ready for 6/30/23 sounded great! Paid $248 on 6/14/23. June 30th approaches and unfortunately, they aren't able to make that date. Ok. We'll reach for the July 15th date. ****** goes out of town for the company. Nobody on his team works on my account while he is out. It's the week of July 15 in which my payroll is to go out. If it needed to be dropped on the 14th, that Friday, ****** and his team had plenty of time since the 6/14/23 sign up date to have my account ready. I email him on 7/13 to follow up again and he isn't in the office. It was expected that I run a manual payroll (meaning I write checks) to my employees as he and his team weren't gong to have their system ready. I had already terminated Quickbooks! I would have to pay $285.00 to reinstate my enrollment. I told Paycom several times I want my $248 back! They steadily tried to keep me enrolled with them, telling me the earliest they can run payroll would be July 21st. SO pretty much my employees are suppose to wait another 6 days!!! I have employees in *********** which is an hour and a half away from me! If I write checks I have to drive there. I am so ANGRY! I am a small business owner. I don't have money to waste like that and they REFUSE to give me a REFUND for their ERROR!!! I am so frustrated. I was excited to get this going and to end up with no payroll system and to possibly have to either drive across the state and/or pay Quickbooks which I hate $285!!! Don't *****************Business Response

Paycom filed incorrect 941's for 2 quarters for a 2nd company we purchased. Paycom erroneously filed using the wrong Fed EIN #. They had to reissue emplyee w-2's after January 31st and still have not corrected the 941's. Anytime I call the company, I have to re-explain what the issue is. They made the error and the first thing they want to inform me of is the cost they will be charging my company for their error. OMG.Business Response

Paycom has been an issue for our company since we left the implementation team. After we were transitioned over to our permanent specialist, we started to encounter terrible customer service. It would take over 24 hours to get a response from the specialist. Data was imported incorrectly by Paycom regarding the tax setup for several employees, which resulted in incorrect W2s. Paycom also printed the ****-Cs incorrectly, so we manually had to re-do all of the work that we had spent days doing so that the ****-Cs could be reprinted. Paycom still has not completed the 2022 amended 941's returns after almost 2 months of us no longer being with them. Their tax team does the work without communicating directly with the client, they draft the money for any adjustment in taxes and the client needs to be imploring them to send details for reconciliation of the books. Not to say, that we are currently in the second quarter of 2023, and we still have not received a copy of our amended federal and state returns. The fact that we did not have amended federal returns ready caused delays in our Workers Compensation Audit and we are incurring the risk of having our insurance cost increased. On the HR side of the system, we also encountered some issues with benefits where they could not accommodate how to handle changes having to do with birth dates in a plan setup, which should be a common thing for benefits. Some of our benefit deductions were also set up incorrectly by Paycom causing issues within our employees W2s and W2C's had to be processed. It is great that they have government reporting, like CA ******** and EEO reports, but for the system to pull the location data in correctly, you have to enter the county for every location in the system, which is not a required field. If you have a lot of locations like our company does, it creates a lot of work.We mainly need Paycom to complete the 2022 amended returns and refund us the the funds for the 1st quarter of 2023.Business Response

On July 26th, 2022 we started the implementation with paycom Payroll service. as of today this implementation is not complete. We have changed specialists countless times. With every change, more delays in getting our account functioning correctly and we still do not have the connection to the 401k that was promised upon signing the contract with Paycom. The staff and management are nonresponsive, they wait until after my office hours to respond or call and never answer the phone. Our W2s were incorrect even though the Paycom dashboard was correct. This is my last step in trying to work with this company in getting our implementation and account to an acceptable working condition. Before making this complaint I asked the department manager *********************** to contact me to discuss these issues after waiting 5 days without speaking to him this is the route I was forced to go down. I have requested the signed contracts and agreements from the team.Business Response

I have had endless issues with Paycom. At setup they failed to create tax accounts in the ***********. They set up many of my employees as working from the incorrect address thereby creating issues for them with their local tax jurisdictions, they failed to set up the time in and time out for one office thereby leading to an employee being able to clock out from her home, and there is more. Every time I complain it takes a month or so for me to get any form of resolution. What prompted me to report them at this time is they failed to file my taxes in a timely fashion, which has resulted in a large penalty for me.Business Response

Buyer beware; terrible customer service and terrible ***************************** will not give access to ANY historical information to either the business that used, and paid for, their service or the employees who they processed payroll for until additional access payment is made. TO BE CLEAR this means NO ACCESS for the corporation or the employees at even the most basic level of W-2 or pay statement retrieval. Access is only SOLD in increments of 90 days. For our company this is more that $4700. This is ****** of information already paid for. Withholding information until a fee is paid is immoral because it violates the basic principle of fairness and equality. It means that people who have the means to pay for information have an advantage over those who cannot afford it, creating a disparity in access to knowledge. It goes against the principles of fairness, equality, and access to knowledge. It can lead to harm, injustice, and even illegal actions in some cases. In addition, information is often essential for making important decisions and taking actions that can affect people's lives. By withholding information until a fee is paid, people's ability to make informed decisions is compromised, leading to potential harm or injustice. The response I received was, in summary, read the fine print and pay up.Business Response

Paycom has the most terrible customer service ever I experienced as a business owner. The service they offer is a fake, then once you call them out on the mistakes they made they are ready to drop you as a customer and block you for your company information now thats against the law because we have the right to retrieve the data no matter how long it takes. This company falsely advertised it is a employees self service app. They never gave my employees the ability to utilize the services on their own, my HR department has been handling the payroll submission. Once I saw this happened I moved quickly to cancel services with Paycom immediately after they closed the account they blocked me from accessing any company records next they started asking for money in order to release my employees information to me.
