We made a decision to implement Paycom as our Choice of *********** after researching three other options. ***** and *****, our Paycom Representatives were so thorough and knowledgeable in connecting our business with the Paycom HCM system. This was in September 2022. *** and the transition team, has made the transition, training and project managing with great communication, professionalism and expertise work efficiently. Anytime we had a question or concern, their response was quick, decisive and eased any tensions because of their knowledge and expertise.After working as an employment lawyer and in the People Operations business for over 25 years, Paycom has convinced me that they are and should be, the choice of any business for moving into the future with an integrated HCM system. Our company is growing at a fast pace and the flexibility of the Paycom system with our 8 locations proves Paycom will grow with our pace of growth.

Please, do yourself as a favor and DO NOT use Paycom as your HRIS provider. We switched to Paycom last year and it was the worst decision we could have made. The implementation was a complete nightmare! It was rushed with several mistakes on Paycom's end; an overall disaster! We've had over 5 "dedicated" specialists since our implementation (we haven't even hit the year ***** because of their poor customer service. On top of that, the number of compliance issues they have placed our company in has been ridiculous. These are "specialists" we are supposed to trust but you will never get the same response from them and they are on the SAME team. You will be "instructed" to do one thing by one rep and then another rep will tell you something different, putting your company in numerous compliance issues. Let's not forget the fines that you have to pay because things aren't done correctly or late. Their "updates" are also very horrible. From an administrative standpoint, you will have more headaches and issues to fix than anything else. Be prepared to have Paycom as your main and only job responsibility as it is a full-time job in itself due to the poor system you're working with.Paycom Payroll, LLC

Businesses beware of this company. We're an 800+ employee business that has used Paycom for several years. Customer service has been poor for quite some time. Recently, due to reported "human error" and a fundamental lack of understanding of certain payroll tax issues, they've created a huge mess for us with the IRS. After being refused contact information for their CEO and Chief Sales Officer (by payroll account representatives), I reached out to them directly via mail after finding their business address on their website. Nearly 3 weeks later, I've heard nothing from them - reflective of the same level of customer service I experienced over the past several months.

So pleased with Paycom. We are a medium-sized non-profit and the user-friendly ******************** system has saved me hours. The system is very intuitive but when I have had a question I have easily found the answer in the manuals and training guides and have always received prompt, courteous and helpful attention from the payroll specialist.Paycom Payroll, LLC

Paycom is a wonderful company! The app is easy to use and very user friendly. Much easier to use than other payroll companies Ive used in the past. Everything you need is in one app, including tax information. I work for a small business and it has been the perfect payroll company for us. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when we have questions. We have never had a negative experience using Paycom. Highly recommend!Paycom Payroll, LLC
