******, the owner of Your Pets Keeper, left our dogs unattended and crated for over 11.5 hours on Saturday and Monday. Saturday we had flooding in our area so we gave her the benefit of the doubt and her excuse was all the roads were closed. Monday she had no excuse other than I told you I work on **** *** *** and she NEVER mentioned she worked 10 hour days. On Sunday night she had **** eats delivered at approximately 11:40 pm. She left our home at 7:30 am. She arrived back at our home at 6:51 pm At 6:53 pm I had a phone call from her stating that our golden retriever never woke her up last night and had an accident on our floor (she failed to text me about this all day) and had just had diarrhea in her crate while she was gone and asked where our outdoor hose was so she could give her a backyard bath and clean the crate. Our golden has NEVER had an accident in her crate so we were confused over ***** miles from home while at a theme park. The next phone call was at 7:44 pm telling us our dog had just gotten sick and she proceeded to ask what vet we use so she could take her. Keep in mind we are just hearing about the accident from the night prior. The final phone call was after a lot of frantic calls trying to find someone to take over for her. At approximately 8:01 pm we told her we had someone coming, she did refund our money for the rest of the days we prepaid for, and then she proceeded to say do you still want me to give her a bath and wash the crate? So, from the phone call at 6:53 when she said she would give her bath to the 8:01 phone call where she got released from her duties what was she doing? Not taking care of our dogs, not cleaning our house, not cleaning the crate.Telling us you have a job does not equate to telling us you cannot let out our dogs for 11+ hours!!!! We let our pets down by entrusting owner ****** from Your Pets Keeper with our sweet family members. She will block you from her ******** so you cannot review, also.
