I have lived here for about a year now and I have not once had any complaints on me nor have I been late on my rent even once. I am now being asked to be out by the end of the month by the manager because she believes my boyfriend is living with me. I have told her that he does not live with me and I can also prove that he has a lease for his own apartment. She told me that because there were children's items in my apartment that she believed him and his kids were living here, we are in a relationship we spend a lot of time together he has never stayed for more than a week at a time when he comes over. We are engaged to be married and have talked about possibly moving in together but this has not happened yet. He recently got full custody of his kids due to the mother giving up her rights and so the children have been going through a lot due to this so we all spend a lot of time together because I am the closest thing to a mother figure that they have and now because of this and us spending so much time together the manager is under the impression that my boyfriend and his children live here I have told her we have documentation to prove that is not true but I'm being asked to leave. With the holidays coming and this being my home and a safe place for my boyfriend and his daughters to come and visit and for all of us to spend time together I do not see how it is legal or fair that I am being asked to move out of my home when I have done nothing wrong and I can prove it. We planned on him and the girls possibly moving in before the holidays so that way his daughters had a stable home for the holidays and we could begin our lives together since we are to be married soon but now this option has been taken away from us and now I feel like I have to break more bad news to these children who have gone through enough. I do not deserve to lose my apartment over assumptions. There is nothing wrong with me having my future stepdaughters things in my apartment.

Was in breach of her contract she falsified her app and lease it clearly states any misinformation is grounds for terms of the lease.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: Nobody was living with me and my boyfriend has a lease to prove that he was not ever living with me. The manager wasn't willing to let me show her the documents, and instead went off the word of a neighbor who saw my boyfriend there ****. But he clearly had his own apartment, which his lease can prove. I was at his apartment alot as he was at mine alot because we're dating and obviously love to spend time together, but now instead of looking at the facts the manager would rather believe a neighbor who never stepped a foot in my house and a maintenence man that saw "children's toys" that dies NOT mean my boyfriend or his kids live there!

    Sincerely,
