    On 5/1/24 we hired this company to re-pipe our house in *************, **. They wanted 10% down before they started the job, which we paid. When they showed up to provide an estimate for the job they asked if the house had a good accessible crawlspace and we indicated that we did but they never bothered to look for themselves. Next they showed up on the day of the re-pipe and claimed that there were skunks living under the house and kept $1,000 of the deposit and claimed it was a fee they charged to show up on a job they could not complete. We had the local game warden check the house and he found no skunks but informed up Repipe Specialists had left our crawl space open and had not closed it up after charging us $1,000. We have since discovered Repipe simply hires local plumbers to do the job and marks up the price 10X. We will NEVER use this company again.

    We received notification of the issue via a survey comment. *******************, our ************* Manager, reached out to the customer to address the issue, and initiated the return of the deposit (Reference: CMR657).

    Don't trust Repipe Specialists. I called them to replumb my mobile home in *****, Oklahoma and those who came out were not wearing the Repipe Specialists logo nor was their vehicles marked with the repipe specialists logo. After these plumbers left I had to tighten up seeveral of the fittings they installed and my wife found several pieces of her jewelery missing. I called Repipe Specialists several times and reported this and nothing was done and my complaint was totally ignored.Secondly when my wife and I experienced some financial problems we callled them and asked that the $247.28 monthly payments they required be lowered some and they refused stating that it could not be done. **** my wife and I are older (68 & 70} and on a fixed income. Social Security and SSI disability By the way, they charged us $6480.00 to repipe a **** moble home.

    ************** reached out to Repipe Specialists customer service team on March 8, 2024, complaining of missing items after his whole-home repipe. **************** advised ************** that he should file a police report regarding the missing items, as there was nothing we could do. 
    On May 2, 2024, ************** called back, and was once again advised that he would need to file a police report regarding the missing items. He was welcome to share the report with ****************, which we save to his file, and could also share with our partner shop. ************** never provided the police report and did not respond to our follow up requests. 

    ************** also complained about the terms of his repayment plan. He financed the repipe through GreenSky, a third-party finance provider, and we are unable to change the terms of that agreement. While it is unfortunate, it is out of our control.
