    **** ********, sold me a sick crested gecko, infested with parasites. In the attached pic, he states the gecko is fine and doesn’t need to seek medical attention. After speaking with countless people and a vet, the Gecko has parasites and he needs to seek medical attention. **** ******** is selling expensive sick animals!!!! I have to pray the animal services and medical attention works

    We offer a full health guarantee and a satisfaction guarantee with every animal we sell. If Mr. ******** would like to contact us directly, we are happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label. Upon safe return of the animal, we will promptly issue a full refund in accordance with our guarantee policy.
    Regarding the concern about parasites, we consulted with one of the top reptile veterinarians in the country, a recognized expert in parasitology. Based on the photo Mr. ******** provided, his professional opinion was that the material pictured is consistent with ingested shed skin — something commonly seen in crested geckos, particularly those raised exclusively on prepared diets, which minimizes risk of parasite exposure.
    Nonetheless, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we stand ready to resolve this matter promptly and professionally. We encourage Mr. ******** to contact us directly so we can assist him in accordance with our guarantee.
