    We sold our fifth wheel. We cancelled the extended warranty April 10th and provided a lien release. The dealership committed fraud. The signed the cancellation date 6/16/23 and signed my husbands name releasing all liability. This is not his signature. We seek a full refund of our warranty or we will *** for fraud under the consumer law.

    ********* came in and requested cancellation of their **************** Contract in early April.  I have attached a copy of the signed cancellation form.  I have also attached the signed **************** Contract from the date of purchase.  The Finance Manger that submitted the cancellation submitted it through our online portal that does not require a signature because it does an electronic signature.  We have the ink signature in the deal jacket and it is attached.  The Finance Manager that submitted the cancellation form neglected to change the date from the date that the online form was submitted to the date the trailer was sold.  This human error was corrected as evidenced by the attached updated cancellation amount.  The **************** Contract was not submitted because we needed a better copy of the Lien release.  The Lien release we received was not legible as evidenced by the attached Lien release submitted to us.  The Finance Manager requested the paper copy of the Lien Release from US Bank.  Once that was received, the cancellation could be sent to the customer instead of the Bank per our dealer agreement with the bank.  The delay in the cancellation was to make sure the customer received the check and not the bank.  No Fraud was intended or committed.

    I am rejecting this response because: they knowingly broke the law and forged my spouses signature and if there was an issue, needing ************* of the lien release, we wouldve been told that way before now. This company only decided to submit my request after I came into the dealership a second time and letting them know I was planning on buying a toy hauler and then at that time is when they actually took me serious about canceling my extended warranty, even though I went to the dealership on April 10 requesting cancellation. They are lying to avoid legal action against them for fraud.
