    Where to start? I would love to have something good to say about Southwest Shingles, but truly regret using them as our contractor. We have had nothing but issues for the past year. From them lying to us about what was and wasn't covered through our insurance, things they were paid to fix through our insurance claim that they said were fixed but were not, faulty repairs, and lack of repairs to damage that this crew caused that led us into court to get issues resolved because the owner has refused to take responsibility and place the blame on us. The list of issues is pretty extensive and just to much to write here. We've had other roofing crews come out to inspect the issues and give us their professional advice and it just comes down to faulty work and lack of experience with this crew. If you're looking to use these guys, I would recommend using someone else and save yourself from headaches, damage to your home, and time spent trying to get him to come out and fix issues that they may have caused. I will close this review with one positive, ***** is a h*** of a salesman.
