    I was admitted at Twin Cities Hospital's emergency room on 4/20/2022. The attending physician billed me through Central Coast Emergency Physicians (based in Oklahoma City) for $1061.00 which I paid in full on 6/1/2022. He failed to bill my insurance at the time. I contacted my insurance and they issued a payment for the amount of $747.90 to Central Coast Emergency Physicians. As of today, 11/21/2022, I have called Central Coast Emerg. Physicians a total of 4 times requesting my refund which I'm told it takes from 30 to 60 days from the time in which payment was received. In this case they have received a total of $1808.90 from me paying the full amount and also the insurance payment. My complaint is that this company continuously makes excuses to refund the money. In my opinion, this company is operating in a fraudulent manner and they should be investigated. Thank you.

    In regards to my complaint, with ID # ********, I'm happy to report that the matter has been successfully resolved. Just recently, the business sent the refund in the amount that was owed to me.
