      I PURCHASED A METAL BUILDING FROM THIS COMPANY(DEALER) ON JULY 12TH, 2024. DELIVERY DATE WAS 2-3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE. I CONTACTED ***** *****(SUPPLIER) BECAUSE I KET GETTING EMAILS FROM THEM ABOUT MY ORDER BEING ON HOLD. MEANWHILE *** AND ***** KEPT SAYING EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO IGNORED THOSE EMAILS THAT ***** PERSONALLY MET WITH THE OWNER OF ***** ***** AND EVERYTHING WAS ON SCHEDULE. WELL WHEN I CONTACTED ***** ***** THEY IMFORMED ME THAT ***** DID NOT MADE THE REQUIRED PAYMENT FOR THEM TO SUPPLY THE BIULDING AND THAT WAS THE REASON MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD. THIS PERSON(*****) USED MY MONEY FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT. OCTOBER 16TH I REQUESTED A REFUND BECAUSE THIS BUSSINES FAILED TO PROVIDE THE BUILDING ON DELIVERY DATE AND HE DIDNT EVEN GAVE ***** ***** A SINGLE DIME OF THE $17,783.65 I PAID FOR THIS BUILDING. ***** ***** SAID HE NEEDED 7-10 BUSSINES DAYS TO REFUND ME. 11-12-2024 I STILL DONT HAVE A REFUND FROM HIM. ALL HE TELLS IS LIES ON WHAT HE IS DOING TO GET MY MONEY AND EVERYTIME THERES A NEW EXCUSE. THIS BUSSINES IS BEING USE TO SCAMMED PEOPLE FROM THEYRE HARD EARNED MONEY I DID SOME REASEARCH AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON HES DONE THIS TO. UNFORTUNALLY I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY DO TO ***(SINCE I KNOWN HER FROM BEFORE) THIS PERSON ***** ***** SHOULDNT BE RUNNING A BUSSINES JUST TO SCAMMED PEOPLE.       March 12, 2024 I ordered a portable building to be built on my property in 3-4 weeks. I paid 50% deposit of $7,586.00. May 2nd, I was contacted for delivery, build and balance due. I attempted a phone transfer of balance $8,086.00 and was told by the arvest bank that fraud department will call me to confirm due to the high amount. I decided to ignore the call so that the transfer will not be sent and I handed a builder a check for $8.086.00. ********************* was credited twice of $8,086, resulting in an overpayment and refund promised. I contacted ***** via his assistant Saturday, May4 and was told I'd be refunded Monday, May 6. I was not refunded but received a hot check on 5/23. I reuested help from my bank on May 4 and they were unable to help. The owner, *********************, has acknowledged the overpayment, promised to pay, attempted to refund and also admitted that he spent my money.

      The company apparently closed and I had a large deposit on a building they was supposed to be in bill for me and I never got a chance to ************.I'm out over $300 now how do I get it back?
