      On 6-24-21 I leased a unit from this business. I paid the rent 6 months at a time. On 6-17-22 I paid $366.00 rent, in advance, for the 6 months from 6-24-22 until 12-24-22. This was paid by check. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I cleaned out the unit(#99) and turned in the keys to the office manager, Ed ******, on 6-22-22 and told the manager that the unit was empty and requested a refund for the $366 I had paid for the unit in advance. I asked for a refund, because I vacated the unit prior to my new lease going into effect. I left the unit clean and undamaged. On 7-22-22 I received an e-mail from district manager Alli Foster, who advised I would be getting a refund of $366. As of this date 10-30-22 I have not received any refund. I am seeking the refund of $366.00 and that is my purpose in filing this complaint. The phone number for Simply Self Storage is 4056040304. Thanks William ******* 10-30-22
