      We have 2 weekly 15 minute swim lessons with ****** starting in NOV 2023. The moment we signed up with her we let them know that ***** cannot/will not swim with another instructor. He will absolutely freak out and not want to come back. We have tired alternate instructors 3x. They assured us that this will be fine. However, anytime ****** is not available they will send notification (usually within a few hours of coming) and let us know there will be a sub. This has happened numerous amount of times. This means that I have to call, speak to a manager, receive a call back only to be told that this wont happen again and issue a "makeup" token. This is simply NOT working out for us so we decided to try something else. We were told that we cannot cancel for 30 more days and that non of our "makeup" tokens are refundable. I will not be back and want a refund of $160 for my unused makeup tokens AND do not want to be charged march tuition of $256.

      My two sons have 30 Minute Private Swimming Lessons in Oklahoma Swim Academy school. After two months, their first instructor Billy left. After another month, the second instructor, Mara, also left. My two sons' lessons were CANCELED for more than two weeks in May. No make-up lessons are provided. Then the third instructor, Madelyn worked 2-3 weeks and left again. On June 25th, we were told our swimming lessons would be canceled again for the first two weeks of July. We decided to end the swimming classes in Oklahoma Swim Academy on July 1st. However, Oklahoma Swim Academy school insisted to charge us one more month tuition for July in accordance with their 30-day notice. They set the last day as July 30th. But they refused to provide swimming classes to one of my son for the first two weeks of July. They said they have no available instructors. Then on July 15th, they emailed me and told me the fourth Instructor (Candace) resigned. So my other son’s swimming classes would also be stopped because they have no available instructors. We were forced to pay $450 (one month fee) when we decided to leave the swimming school because of their bad service. After they charged us, the school canceled my two sons’ swimming classes in the next 30 days. Currently, my two sons have no swimming classes since July 1st. We asked them to refund us.

      We agree with Nanguo **** that her experience was not up to OSA's standards, which is why we refunded $60 on 7/5 and $390 on 7/18 (all $450 was refunded prior to receiving this complaint).
