    After finding the artist I wanted and putting a deposit down of 100$ ,I was contacted by ********* through text asking if we could change the date of the appointment. I said yes and THEN he informed me that a different artist would do it. I told him I was not familiar with that one and was not happy with the way he handled this instead of being forthcoming at the beginning of the text and telling me, my artist was no longer available. I have asked for my deposit back and he will not respond.

    My tattoo with one of the artists was a few years ago. He was an apprentice so he had advertised a half-day $600 tattoo session. I got my first big piece done with him, which was great work, he a phenomenal artist. However, we started my tattoo at about 8-9 in the evening, which i didnt know about until the day before. So i said ok, Ill knock this out in about 8 hours and be good to go. No, we left it unfinished because i had work the next day and he wanted me to come back the day after. So i came back the day after, and he charged me another $600, which I didnt expect. How does a $600 tattoo go to $1200 just because he wasnt fast enough? Not only did this happen to me a few years ago, but i recommended ******, the owner to one of my colleagues. Because he is known for knocking out big pieces of work in one day sessions. Well she did not get him, but another artist. Needless to say, this exact same thing happened. Down to the detail. They didnt get it all done in one day, so she went back the next. And ended up going from an estimate of $1200 to $2000.
