    We paid $6000 to this company to itemize our taxes after filing for an extension. We received no communication from them for over 5 months despite weekly and ultimately daily calls and emails. They refused to meet to discuss our case or plan. Their receptionist was the only person we spoke to in that time. Finally the day before our extension was due we received an email reflecting no work had been done. No itemization. Only a copy sent back to us of the estimated taxes due we had provided to them months before. We had sent every document they initial requested including 100s of pages of account statements and business expenses. They had done nothing with them. They then informed us their plan was to allow our tax extension due date to pass to increase our tax penalty and they would then do the work. We were forced to file our own taxes via online software and seek alternative assistance. There was 100% breach of our contract. When we asked for a refund due to lack of work done and failure to meet terms of our contract they refused. We are filing a complaint with the ******** Bar as well with 25 pages of information on their breach of contract.

    The product and service the client signed up for was in process when the client called in to complain and to state that we have not completed the work. We are willing to produce the product so the client is satisfied. At the time the client was demanding to come in office, we had no one available to sit down and breakdown the process. This was explained to the client during a phone call to the receptionist. We are willing to come to terms and produce the product and resolve this matter.

    I paid $1,500 on February 8, 2022 to Travis Watkins Tax Resolution to draft and produce personal tax returns for my husband and myself, as well as our business partnership for 2021. I provided to them all requested documents on February 18, 2022 needed for them to start. I have received absolutely NOTHING from them since. I called around June/July to check status of the returns and they were unable to provide me one. They stated we signed a POA that allowed them to file an extension on our behalf. Fast forward to October 28, 2022, I reached out again and I was instructed to resend all my documents again (the same ones I sent on 2/18/22) because the person who was handling our file then is no longer working there. So I asked for an update of where our returns stood, and they have not even started on our returns. I have called and left multiple messages for anyone to call me back as well as sent multiple emails to 5 or 6 separate contacts at Travis Watkins tax resolution and not a single person has responded to me via email or called me back. I have requested a refund of my $1500 as well as an extra $500 for the penalties that we will now incur because our taxes have not been timely filed because of their negligence. And not a single individual gets back to me.

    I am rejecting this response because:I responded to that email that had returns attached to it and I stated they were inaccurate and needed to be corrected. That was on 11/18. They emailed me Friday 12/2 stating the returns were completed and awaiting our signatures, however, its still the same incomplete returns they wanted us to sign back on 11/18. They havent produced new, accurate returns. Nothing changed.
