    Today (12-1-2022) I contacted Thunder Cab for a 69 year old gentleman who came into the bank I work in. His vehicle was disabled and was needing a ride home and due to the cold temps needed to call a taxi. I tried calling many taxi companies and the first to answer was Thunder Cab. The man I spoke with said the taxi would be about 45 minutes. The man agreed to wait the time. After having waiting over an hour, I again contacted the company and was told the taxi was no more than ***** minutes away. Being assured that the taxi was close, the man agreed to the longer wait. After another 30 minutes past, I again contacted the taxi and was told that their taxi's were all busy and they were not able to get an ETA for the taxi supposedly responding to our location. Feeling terrible for the man my coworkers and I arranged an Uber for the man to get home. After the man left, I tried contacting Thunder Cab back to cancel the taxi and was placed on hold. After a long wait on hold the call was cutoff. 4 hours and 15 minutes after the initial call was placed for the taxi and Thunder Cab pulled into the bank. I stepped out to let the driver know the man had been gone for some time, at which point he demanded that I pay him a (response fee), for the man no longer needing the ride. I tried explaining to the driver that I tried canceling the taxi, but he must've not been able to hear me over all the profanities he was screaming at me in front of our place of business. This taxi service completely failed this gentleman today and showed the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. On top of that the driver felt the need to verbally abuse and borderline threaten the people who simply tried to right the wrong their company had done.
