    I met Mark ****** in a complete chance encounter while staying at a Mexican Resort where my parents own timeshare property. I was concerned that my parents were being misled and pressured into purchasing additional timeshares at this property in the hopes that they could make a profit for their retirement fund. After learning about the company Mark works for, we got into conversation and I expressed my concerns. He was on vacation with his family but still carved out time to meet with my parents and explain everything clearly. He helped calm me and my parents down - since we were upset to learn that they were promised things that are not possible from the timeshare sales team. He helped review contracts and told us what types of recourse we may have. Because of his advice and quick thinking we were able to cancel one of the newer contracts and recover almost $50,000 for my parents. He did this all out of the kindness of his heart and genuine concern for people who are being taken advantage of. I will forever be grateful to him for spending the time, being honest and pointing us into the right direction. Mark is a huge asset for WYO Financial Services and I will be sure to send others his way in the future.

    We have owned a timeshare in Mexico for several years now. Each time we visit, it seems we get sucked into another costly upgrade. This time, they were trying to get us to spend over $200,000 for “the golden ticket”! Thanks to Mark’s help, we stood our ground and said no thank you. Mark also helped us understand our current contract much better, and gave us insight as to what to expect over the coming years. I would highly recommend working with Mark on any potential timeshare contracts - he definitely knows his stuff!
