  This place seriously needs to be shut down. Read their reviews before wasting your money. They deleted my review on their ******** page and then blocked me so that I don't expose them for the frauds that they are. We paid a deposit on a small motorcycle for our son. When we went to pick it up on his birthday in September of 2023, we were told the one we wanted was sold. Frustrated because we didn't have any other gift ideas last minute, we allowed them to convince us to go with a taller bike that was more expensive. He gave it to us at the same price, but would not include the helmet we were supposed to buy at the price of $350. Nonetheless. Our son was overjoyed with his new toy. But not even a couple uses later, the gears brokerendering the bike useless. The motor makes a horrendous noise but the bike does not move. I contacted them on ******** in search of PURCHASING spare parts, not even looking for free stuff, and they read my message and ignored me. I gave them time to respond but that response never came, so I reached out again only to be ignored once again. Now we just have a hunk of plastic that does nothing. We have so many ride ons for our kids that have lasted years and never once has any broken on us, never mind in the first couple uses. This company is buying cheap china products in bulk at a very low price and marking up the price and stealing from customers when things go wrong. Do yourself a favor and remove the middleman altogether by going to the alibaba website yourself and buying 3-5 of these for the same price of ONE of theirs! I will only update my reviews if this company does the right thing like they should have from the beginning.

  On September 24th, 2022 I purchased a radio controlled ride on car for my son as a Christmas gift. I paid approximately $339.45. When I was talking to the ** Toys representative working the store, I expressed I was interested in the Ride on Jeep he had on display that had a lift kit on it. My concern was that it was too high off the ground and there was a high likelihood my son would get hurt. The ** Toys representative stated he had a Jeep in the back that was not lifted but was otherwise looked the same as the Jeep he had on display. I decided at this time to purchase the Jeep. After the purchase the ** Toys representative loaded the Jeep in my car. The Jeep was in a large brown cardboard box. Later that evening I opened the box to check out the Jeep and discovered that even calling it a Jeep was a great overstatement. The Jeep ** Toys had on display actually looked like a real life Jeep Wrangler. The car in the box I received from ** Toys did not look the same nor was it the same quality as the one on display. It appeared to be a car designed to mimic a off road car but without being a trademarked design such as a Jeep Wrangler. On September 25th 2022 I returned to ** Toys and spoke with the same representatives as I did on September 24th 2022 when I purchased the car. I asked to verify that he gave me the correct car, he stated yeah thats what I wanted, I responded you said it would look just like that Jeep on display, but it looks nothing like it and its not the same quality, he then responded yeah, it looks sorta like a Jeep, I then asked for what I payed for or a refund, he then told me I could pay more money for the one he had on display with the lift kit, I told him I just want what I paid for or a refund as he told me I was going to receive one item but gave me a lower quality item instead. The representative repeatedly refused to give me a refund or find any other solution that didnt involve spending more money with his company.

  The customer has seen the item before he made the purchase and agreed and signed on out policy before the purchase no refunds exchange only due to customers using the product breaking it misusing and bring in it back for refund and the customer had the choice to get different item for equal value as an exchange but hes trying to scam my small business by wanting to get bigger item for the same price sorry we cant do that if you want to go with bigger size you well have to pay the difference in value we offered you different item for the same value you refused so we cant help you if you didnt want help.   I am rejecting this response because: The business never opened the box the item was in when I was at the store, when I originally purchased it, their employee brought it out of a storage room and stuck it in the back of my car. I am not trying to get the lifted/bigger Car, as I stated previously it is too high off the ground for my son. I returned to the store and explained to their employee that the car they gave me was not what he said I would receive. RC Toys defrauded me by a bait and switch tactic where they showed me one item and said it would look just like it just not lifted. Instead, they gave me a box with a chinese knockoff version of a Jeep. When I returned to the store the next day I explained that they defrauded me and I want my money back, they can have their car back as it is still in the box, what they sold me was not what they said it would be.

  Instead, RC Toys has refused my every attempt at a compromise of any sort, they even went as far as to block me on ******** Messenger and not respond to my attempts to contact their owner on messenger and email.

   

  The car they sold me is still in the box in all the plastic wrapping, they can have their car back, I just want my money back so I can go use my hard earned money on a christmas gift my son truly deserves.

  You seen the product before taking it out of the store we have are cctv store camera shows that. and you agreed on the store policy no refunds exchange only at the time of  purchase every store has there policy and when you made the purchase you agreed on our store policy with your signature on it we have a lot of customers try to scam are business by using the product and putting it back in the box and returning it. I recommend you to check store policy before marking purchases in the future so that way you wont give the store headache after making the purchase as you are an adult and should be responsible for your actions you make at that moment.

  I am rejecting this response because: RC Toys insisted that they load the box with the car, and did not allow me to inspect the item at the store at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase, I had good faith that RC Toys would give me the item they showed me in store, depicted in my initial complaint just one without a lift. RC Toys says they have CCTV footage of me inspecting the contents of the box in store, I would love to see that as I know it doesnt exist. RC Toys has been quick to call me a scammer and now say Im not taking responsibility for my purchases. I would have no problem with my purchase if it had been what they said I would receive. Instead, RC Toys defrauded me by a bait and switch tactic and showed me their display model and then giving me a box with something that looks nowhere near the same nor had the same quality as some of the components as the display even though their employee stated the one I would receive would look the exact same as the floor display just without the lift kit so that it would be safer for my son. RC Toys is the one who needs to take responsibility and correct this issue and have better business integrity.
