    The owner has been taking care of all our vacations for us since 2002. From ***** to ****** and everything in between!

    This should be zero stars....This company was represented to me by *******************************. She was incompetent from the start. First she emailed the wrong location, Tried to threaten to not allow us at the wedding unless we booked all arrangements through her, she had some joke of a transporting company called Amstar. They failed the pickup and dragged their feet getting us to our hotel, then completely missed picking us up on departure day. Had to pay 110 us dollars for a cab so we wouldn't miss our flight. ******* and her company left us hanging in a place we didn't have a clue how to navigate. Anyone using ******* and Vincent Vacations after reading this, must be a glutton for bad vacations. My daughter had to interrupt her wedding vacation often to do damage control with this poorly represented company.
