    Auto Market sold me a vehicle with a missing title. I was unable to register the vehicle and it was totaled. It has been several weeks and every time I contact them regarding this missing title they refuse to give me a straight answer on where it is. They unlawfully sold a vehicle that they were not listed as the owners of and as a result our insurance company cannot pay out on the insurance. Additionally, the State continues to add fees daily for being past our registration date and whenever a title finally arrives we are out that money as a result of their unethical business practices. I am requesting a refund for any late fees charged by the state once a title actually arrives, if one ever does.

    ***** and **** were good people when we first purchased the truck. The day we signed papers they begged us to write a 5 star review in exchange for them working hard to get us approved. I chose to wait because it seemed a bit pushy to me, and I like to leave honest reviews.Two days after having it the check engine light come on. Cylinder 2 misfire. Took it to a mechanic shop who told me that the engine would need to be replaced because there was previous damage and the code was cleared long enough to sell the truck. Made an appointment for the engine repair only to make it one more week and the whole engine let go. Called the warranty who then stated they wont cover an engine. Only replacement parts for the engine. Contacted the dealer since it had only been about a month owning the truck only to tell us it wasnt their issue anymore. I asked if they would work with us to purchase something else since the truck was faulty from the time we purchased and I got hung up on. The vehicle left us stranded in a completely different state and is still there. We had to pay to be taken home which cost $250. We would love for this to be taken care of correctly.

    Ok I financed a 2014 chev equinox from auto market well a week after I got it it started cutting off well I called the carlot And they told me to its nothing they can do about it well on 2/7/23 I took it to the shop the shop told me that it was 12 codes so one of the codes said crankshaft so they fixed it and it still wasnt the problem so they said can we keep it for tomorrow to see if it was the 02 sensor well auto market goes in repo the car cause I call and told them they sold me a lemon for 2nd time so Am I wrong for not wanting to pay themI think not because

    Customer was contacted via phone two weeks in a row ending Jan. 22nd, and Jan 29th for her pick up note. She stated that vehicle had issues and was advised by our service manager to bring the car to Auto Market to get checked and repaired by 02/02/23. however she refused to make her payment and did not bring the car for repair either, therefore vehicle was repoed on 02/07/23. 
    In the meantime we have received some info from ********************* in regards to an accident which the customer was involved and looks like She hit someone else's vehicle, never stopped and left the scene. fender ****** type of accident. 
    ***** Lion w/Progressive gave us the claim #********* on 1/26/23 and here is the contact if needed: ***** ************.

    I am rejecting this response because: they still dont get the point they sold me a messed of car again and dont wanna own up to it and they think its funny taking ppl money I recorded all my conversations with them and Im turning them in and Ima say it again Im not  paying for no car that keeps turning off  in the middle of the highway when u got ur kids in the car 2nd what does and accident has to do with the car messing up and nobody left no scene and Actually I have his insurance to we talked face to face plus if the car didnt turn off on the highway non of that would of happen but I dont got to explain nothing to yall again we talking about the two lemons yall sold me the shop told me dont pay nothing for that car the transmission is bad and the whole car needs to b  threw in the trash basically all that yall talking is non sense I wanna talk about this **** down payment yall got me for and the last time it was **** down payment and the cars breaking down before the 30days but its crazy how ***** said oh buy a warranty cause we dont want what happen last time happen again so that let u know that Im not the only one who been having problems and yall not bout to keep taking ppl money and whoever got a problem can get off where they mad at RS cause I got time Auto Market LLC ?? its a office full of weirdo who dont know nothing  about cars they to busy printing checks off the computer
