      I placed this order on April 13th and paid extra for shipping in two business days. I called today because the order hasn't even been acknowledged and it should arrive tomorrow which is obviously impossible at this point. When I called the business to inquire I was told that it is "hit or miss" as to whether or not they could make contact with the person responsible for this and that they would be back in the office tomorrow. I told them this was a very odd way to do business and I did not feel comfortable with that and requested a full refund I was told no.
