    To whom it may concern, Peacock Supplements, LLC, DBA Peacock **************** is requesting for your help to reach final resolution to the following case. Peacock Supplement has made a deposit in the amount of $10,450 to for a supplement production with Ameri-Kal based on the agreement with ***********************, owner and managing partner of *********. Unfortunetaly over a year we have not received neither product nor the full refund for that order. We have tried to resolve this issue direct with them and we have made a mutual agreement and agreed on a payment plan afterward. Unfortunately Ameri-kal has not follow through the agreement nor made any more payment as of today 6.34.2024, the outstanding balance still remains $7840. I have attached the written correspondence betweeen ********************* and ********* stating the agreements, credit memo, partial refund payment,($2610), and payment schedule agreed between the parties. Please help us resolve this issue, so we can all leave this behind us.
