    ***Beware do not use this company. ***This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I contacted this company by referral. They came out to replace two window panes. After replacing the window panes one of the windows leaked profusely during a rainstorm. Right below the window is an electrical outlet where water was leaking from the outlet. Expressed my concern to *****************************. She replied that she would send *** out to look at the window. I was told by ***, he would have to get with Management and he expressed that he did not cause the damages that caused the window to leak. Six months earlier I did a complete remodel on the house from the exterior to the interior. The wood siding was replaced as well as the trim around the windows and the trim around the house, after looking at the video from ***, he tells me he never touched the frame. That caused the damage. He also replied in his exact words that their company gets those type of complaints after having window panes replaced. After speaking with ***, I called to speak with ******** again. She replied and said, give me just a minute and hung up the phone and never answered when I called back.I paid $600 to replace two window panes by City Glass OKC. I couldve replaced both windows and had no issues for less than $600. Beware, do not use this company.
