      Called ****** months ago and asked for a quote and insurance verification and he kept telling me that he had sent it and I received nothing. He kept giving me the runaround and when I told him I still havent received anything he replied saying he went with a new insurance and in 2 days would send it. Then straight ghosted me. After seeing he flooded a house and still hasnt done right about that I could put 2 and 2 together. He is *** claimed he was a veteran to get my business then when I called him out weeks later he claims he never said that and then told me Altus, OK was too far too drive from OKC!! Do not use this guy because he will not make it right if damages occur!! He told the flooded house guy that a thing like that could break a small business like his!! DO NOT USE JW MOVING!!! He is crooked as they come and if theirs damages they will not be covered by him!!!

      Horrible experience! Hired to load truck for out of state move. Totally ruined my leather couch and chair. Promised to make it right on many occasions and now has totally ghosted me. NOT honest and NO integrity! Do not use!!

      Terrible Company and service. I hired JW Moving Solutions to move my belongings from ******** to ********. They were supposed to accomplish this in one day. Job was supposed to start at 8am. At 9:15 the day of, they delayed a day. Then they took an additional two days to "complete" the move. Complete is a loose term. A lot of items were not moved to the proper locations (despite excellent labeling of what room it goes in), nor were items re-assembled. Worst of all, they did not close the ice maker line properly at my old residence, which caused the kitchen and surrounding rooms to flood! ****** said he would get with his insurance to file a claim the following day. He followed up by having a meeting with his lawyer, and I have not been able to reach him since. ****** has totally ghosted me and will not return phone calls or texts. Do what is right ******! You caused thousands of dollars in damage to my home and wont respond at all!
