    Please check the security systems of your loved ones or important property and VERIFY that this company has a signal on the location. Payments were being taken from us and the keypad was audible - presumptively working - only to have the home broken into and ransacked with the majority of items stolen or destroyed. At that time, we're told there had not been a signal on the address in nearly a year! This was after 2-3 communications (over the course of about 9 months) with the rep about the account, changes of contact numbers, etc, and a tech visiting to give instructions on the keypad and replace a sensor on one of the doors! I've reached out to the owner by phone and written communication, requesting a refund, with no response. It's nearly impossible to get a return call. VERIFY THAT YOUR SYSTEM HAS A SIGNAL BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WON'T!! There has been absolutely no customer service offered.
    **The keypad beeped when used and also notified when doors or windows opened/closed. But there was no ACTUAL SIGNAL to the alarm company for an emergency alert for police assistance. If they're posting a payment for the service every month, how could you not see that there was no signal for the address?? I worry for others - especially elderly - who think they have a security system and are not truly protected.
