    I made a purchase on 03/07/2024 for *****. On my screen the purchase said the transaction was approved. The employee said it was not. She said I would need to run my card again so I did. I then went to my car and I checked my account to where it showed I was charged twice. I went back in and asked to speak with a manager. She reassured me that one charge would be taken off and if not on the following Tuesday to call the store. It did not fall off my account so I called the manager and he (*****) asked me to email him the receipt and that he would have to ask corporate. I did this. They told me they would refund me and gave me an adjustment number that I could give to my bank. I waited 10 business days and never received my refund. I contacted the manager and he told me I could start a dispute with my bank which my bank said this will take up to ************************************************************** my money but he would not.

    Contacted the customer on 6/28.  She has received her refund from another manager and has already been taken care of.
