    *****'s attention to detail and pride in workmanship was evident from the start. Specifically quoting the project, promptly communicating job progress, overall tidiness during execution of all aspects of the project, and the actual quality of paint, carpet, grout, power wash, wood rot repair, etc. consistently met or exceeded expectations. I have now enjoyed working with Sammy's Construction and Renovation on two different houses and would definitely use him again.

    Efren remodeled our main bathroom last year. We are so pleased with the results. Efren is such a nice man that we enjoyed working with him. When we signed the contract, he told us he’d check to see how everything was working after 6 mos. and again after a year. He did that and fixed s couple of minor things for us each time. We certainly appreciate Efren’s kindness and his service.

    Our daughter and her best friend wanted to start college, but living expenses required that they work long hours. We decided to build an apartment in our extra large detached garage to help them out. We looked for several months and couldn’t find an acceptable general contractor; some were a little scary.
    When we met Efren, Sammy’s Construction, we knew he and his crew were the right contractor to trust, after previous experience with other contractors in years past. He did everything by required code, is very professional, and passionate about his work. Passing City inspections went smoothly.
    They assisted the Horizon Underground Boring company to install water from our City meter to the back of the garage, found and connected to an existing sewer line underneath the garage, and added a staircase for the loft that wasn’t in the plan.
    All in all, the apartment is beautiful, solidly built, comfortable, and an incredible addition to our property. A big Thank you to Efren and his crews.

It was a pleasure to work with and next to you on this as you were very helpful and had all the items needed in advance . The one thing that made this a smooth process for us as a company had to be your over all vision as you said " We are together working towards the Same Goal" .
