  Got approved and purchased a 2015 camaro they told me it still needed to go through service and detail so I said okay cool ....since they sold me on a warranty as well I figured heck yea nothing wrong with looking it over and making sure.... they told me no longer than a week... well a week rolls around and I start calling to get updates and all they do is transfer me to this department or that department with nobody saying anything or picking up the phone or calling me back the general manager ***** ***** included then I finally have enough after 3 days of that c*** and go up there these guys tell me it's gonna cost more to fix that car than it's worth and immediately insult me by trying to put me in a previously wrecked q50 sedan that I was clear we didn't want to begin with bit wasted 3 hrs of my t8me trying to talk me into it I would be extremely worried about purchasing anything from this place cause seems to me the can commit fraud and breach a contract anytime they please without a phone call or reproccussions ......

  We bought an SUV last July and had multiple promises fall through such as new tires, oil change, complete detail of the car, etc. Now we have been calling the financial department for 2 months to cancel our cars warranty as it was sold to us as a "bumper to bumper" to find out once the car had to go to the auto shop (within the first 6 months of purchasing) that it is in fact not even close to that and they also failed to give us the full paperwork on the warranty which I did not receive until I reach out to the warranty company. I will not come back and do not recommend Classic Chevrolet to anyone.

  We recently needed a car after our son was in a collision that totaled his car. He researched the website and found a car he really liked so I reached out to chat and Matthew responded quickly with everything we could ask for. This is one of several vehicles we have purchased from Classic Chevrolet since moving here in 2006. Will be back I’m sure!

  When I purchased this truck the sales price was advertised as $29,226 but was sold to me for $36,302. Nobody went over the paperwork when I purchased the truck. The guy just pointed and told me where to sign. I did not get any details on the loan. That night I looked at the paperwork and realized I was overcharged. I reached out to someone regarding it and they said they did sell the truck for 29k but added on the price of the tires and windshield. The evening my husband and I first looked at the truck we wanted to buy it. They told us I couldn’t leave with it because they had to fix the windshield and put new tires on it. I thought that would be included in the 29k price. Nobody told me I would have to pay extra for that. This truck is valued around 26k in excellent condition. For the price they are making me pay I could have bought a nicer truck with less miles. Also when we looked at the truck it was dark outside. When we went to pick it up it was daylight and we noticed the interior was not in good condition. No rips but it has stains in many places. This truck is not worth over 30k. I understand that the windshield and tires had to be done before it left the lot but why didn’t you guys have that done THEN listed it for sale? Also I’m confused on how the tires and windshield some how equals a additional $7,076 price increase? I’m not sure where they came up with that price. The financing department needs to be better about informing customers on the details of the loan. I want this to be fixed. Also I was not given details regarding the loan. I have felt uneasy about this since day one. If I knew I was getting charged $36k I would have never bought the truck.

  Was a good experience until I found out they bought the truck I had bought from them in Canada, which depletes the trucks value by $10,000. So they knowingly sold me a truck $10,000 over its value in the U.S.
