    July of 2021 Bacco Tree Service was supposed to remove six trees from my property as part of a PSO contract. They were supposed to cut down and mulch only the marked trees. They poisoned a tree next to my house. The business has not tried to resolve the problem.

    Business Response /* (1000, 22, 2022/10/04) */ My Name is Ivan ****** I have been in contact with Mr. ***** below is a timeline Mr ***** called my office X-XX-XX I returned his called and left a voicemail at 3;15pm Mr ***** returned my call and we spoke on the phone the 7-20-22 at 10;05 am he gave me his address and I went out to 4937 s 78th E ave and looked at the tree he claims we killed with herbicide. @ 11:00 am I called him back and explain to him that the has been dead for years. The Herbicide we use is Garlon 4 and it will only control woody plants 6 inches in DBH or stump treatment and there was no way that we killed it. Bacco Tree preformed worked in the area around April and may 4-22/5-22 . I also referred him to get a professional tree assessment as they would actually do a wood sample and figured out what cause the tree to die. I also contact Kenneth Newton from the State of Oklahoma Ag department and he has yet to get back with me. As we take this types of claims very seriously. I attached the Garlon 4 label and will get back with you as soon as Mr Newton gets back with me and we can both go out and inspect the tree. I have over 18 years of Tree experience and have ISA certified Safety Supervisor we both agreed it was either a BUG or choked weed that cause the tree to die. You using a herbicide doesn't mean that your employees don't or can't use something else. Fact is your employee asked me for a 12 pack and did not receive it. Shortly after they were observed and recorded through a security camera pouring a liquid on the base of the tree. Tree died shortly after and hadn't been dead for years as you claimed (the leaves would have fallen off by now). I had an arborist come by my property and told me that it died from the roots and not from a fungus or pest like you had claimed. The property address is not **** s **** E **** it sounds like your employees are killing trees on other properties.
