I purchase a ******* welder from this business. The ******* welder was not living up to its best ability after contacting the business and wanting an a replacement or just answers they said I could return the machine. Keep in mind I’ve spent thousands at this business and speak greatly about them. After returning the machine there were a promo going on for $700.00 rebate well the disrespectful manager told me I owed “him” the $700.00 but he didn’t write me the check for the $700.00 ******* did after discussing this with ******* they said I owed him nothing it has nothing to do with him or the store at all. After hearing this the manager got upset that I didn’t pay him the $700.00 he was trying to hassle me for and took my account off “charge” I can no longer charge anything to my account. So I contacted the manager and said “is this because of the $700.00 that you feel I owed you which I did not and you acted as if I took this from you or because I brought a machine back that was not doing what I bought it for a $6,000.00 + machine!” And he said “no it’s because of the economy people aren’t paying their bills” which I said “I pay my bill” which I do. He said no it wasn’t personal. So I just came to the store to give them more business and I see on the computer screen “do not let customer charge cod sketchy ******* deal” how is it sketchy when the machine didn’t work and they could’ve replaced it like ******* warranty told them to do. They are liars and want to take advantage of small business because they feel they are higher up and it is not fair. They over price all their products and yet I still bring business to them because I believe in small businesses but what is not right is getting your pride hurt and lying and taking advantage of someone because you didn’t get your way.

I have attached the original bill of sale, the refund invoice (refunded in full with check *****), our notes from a third party on warranty repair, and the $700 warranty rebate that the customer collected.  I am not allowed to discuss the payment terms since this individual is not listed on the account.  The account is under ****** *******
