    In April 2021, my car was towed into GMP Automotives. A 2015 fully loaded *** 528i. At first ***** kept in contact and always let me know about my vehicles status. After the issue was identified I was notified about the $9000 price to fix it and sent in a money order. Then after the issue was said to be fixed, another issue always arose every single time. It got the point that I kept asking for the price to have the car sent back. Ive had to play phone tag and keep calling and calling to get updates and last thing I was told in ******* was that my car was fixed and it just needed to have a test drive. Now when I call, I get sent to voicemail. I even spoke to him about me trying to avoid getting a mechanics lien on the vehicle and he said that I had nothing to worry about. Over the years, *** been having a lot of family issues and moved around a lot so time has flown but I always call and check on the car. Im just not close enough to ******** to go and get it myself.The VIN number is : ***************** as I do believe that the car has either been stripped for parts or just not in the shops possession anymore. I have call records and emails with everything for proof purposes. Ive been patient long enough and this needs to be resolved soon. I will exhaust all resources until it is.

    We are back in contact with the customer, the vehicle is in our possession and is not stripped for parts. I am more than happy to send pictures of the vehicle and the issue with the vehicle is intermittent which makes it hard to diagnose. Just an hour ago I called back with his invoice amount before i saw this so I believe most of this has been taken care of
