**** never paid on a home that we closed for him that he built. The homeowner was unhappy with the build and many contractors were left unpaid. Multiple liens were placed on the home before we could close that the buyer had to come out of pocket to close. Now **** won't answer the phone despite him saying he would eventually pay us back.

Left me with a $9062.50 lien on my home and property. Says he is in bankruptcy and can not pay it. I had to borrow that money on top of my house to be able to pay off the lien and close on my house he 1/2 way built before filing bankruptcy. *** is a loser.

Bought a spec house in 2020 which turned out to be a bad decision. Did not go with an inspection since it was new and our first house. At first it seemed okay, they fixed the 5 things the realtor saw wrong in the walk-through. Then, over time we started noticing all the shortcuts and crappy work the cheap contractors that were hired did. Wished we would have never found this house or company. Do not recommend. Well was not installed correctly, has random holes in cabinetry and walls out of sight, trim is cut/measured poorly, paint is so cheap you can wipe it off trying to clean, concrete is a joke, grout has holes for entry for bugs inside, window caulk was so cheap it was rotting before we moved in, house makes a cracking sound in attic every so often due to settling I guess, grout is cracking between tiles on floor, more but too much to mention.

This man has committed fraud. He has been building our house which is approx 75% done. For 4 months nothing has been done. His contractor left I suppose do to not being paid. Now, in a span of 3 weeks, we have had 3 liens filed on our property because he didnt pay the framers, material etc. we are being held hostage and cant sell it like we want to.
